With over a decade of business advisory experience across the United States, New Zealand, and Ghana, Bijan brings a strong foundation in strategy and execution to impact investing. He has advised leading organizations at Intuit, Bain & Company, and KPMG, with expertise spanning growth strategy, change management, and corporate governance. His work includes:
-Conducting market diligences for private equity firms
-Developing a strategic roadmap for a Fortune 500 company’s 5-year $6B revenue growth ambition and leading the change management process for a $450M EBITDA transformation at a multinational company
-Redesigning the corporate governance structure at Ghana’s largest waste management company
-Improving sustainability audit documentation processes for the first integrated report in New Zealand
Beyond advisory work, Bijan is an active impact investor, with a wide network and personal investments in three early-stage Ghanaian ventures with the potential to open new markets and transform livelihoods. He also serves on the advisory board of Charge Express, a startup advancing EV charging infrastructure adoption across West Africa.
Bijan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in Economics from Vassar College, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
